Hi,
I make this tea sometimes too, but a little differently. I slice a bit of ginger and a lemon, then add them to an infuser. Pour boiling water on top and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Served with a touch of honey, it's a drink my brother likes almost as much as me, and is always nagging me to buy ginger/lemon (we always seem to have one and not the other) so that I can make the tea for him. The ginger is great for any illness, because it heats up the body, causing you to sweat out impurities. Clears up colds really fast!
Thank-you :)
