I ate my first snail a few weeks ago. At a work-related dinner in Korea when someone offered it to me… I had a quick thought, “hey… I came out to Asia to get some life experiences”. So, I took the accompanying toothpick, speared the snail out of the shell, and peeled of its little foot. Down the hatch. I wanted it to taste like chicken, but it didn’t.
Anyway, I was reminded of my snail snack tonight on my walk home when I saw this (thankfully much larger) snail crossing the sidewalk.
